4.1. A member of the Organization has the right to:
4.1.1. Elect and be elected to the governing bodies of the Organization;
4.1.2. Participate in the activities of the Organization;
4.1.3. Appeal to any organs of the Organization;
4.1.4. Make proposals to the governing bodies of the Organization regarding the activities of the Organization and participate in their implementation;
4.1.5. Receive information about the activities of the Organization from its officials;
4.1.6. openly discuss issues related to the activities of the Organization at General Assemblies, justify and defend their opinion within the adopted regulations, and participate in the adoption of decisions concerning the activities of the Organization.
4.1.7. Withdraw from the Organization without explaining the reasons for leaving.

4.2. A member of the Organization is obliged to:
4.2.1. Comply with the requirements of the Statute and implement decisions of the General Assemblies and the Head of the Organization within their competence;
4.2.2. Fulfill duties and assignments assigned to them by the governing bodies of the Organization;
4.2.3. Pay membership fees.

4.3. A member of the Organization does not have the right to vote at General Assemblies on decisions regarding legal acts with them and disputes between them and the Organization unless otherwise provided by law.
