2.1. The main purpose of the organization’s activities is to exercise and protect the rights and freedoms, satisfy the societal, including economic, social, cultural, environmental, and other interests of the members of the Organization; the purpose also includes preserving and developing the circus traditions of Ukraine, promoting the integration of Ukrainian circus artists into the European and global circus community.

2.2. The tasks and directions of the Organization’s activities include:

– Preservation and development of circus traditions in Ukraine;
– Popularization of Ukrainian circus art worldwide;
– Facilitating the integration of Ukrainian circus artists into the European and global circus community;
– Carrying out charitable activities aimed at supporting and providing material and financial assistance, social protection for circus artists and cultural figures, satisfying their common professional and spiritual interests, engaging them in active civic life, creating conditions for fruitful work and leisure on a charitable basis;
– Promoting the development of children’s and youth amateur circus art;
– Promoting the development of inclusive education for children with disabilities through involvement in circus art;
– Organization of festivals, competitions, seminars, conferences in the field of circus art;
– Assistance in retraining and employment of individuals upon reaching retirement age;
– Charitable methodological, scientific, organizational, and other material and non-material assistance to the members of the Foundation in carrying out their professional activities;
– Creating innovative cultural products in the fields of circus art, publishing, cinema, educational activities, including inclusive ones, and other creative areas;
– Organization of artistic events, workshops, demonstration performances;
– Involvement of professional artists in participating in festivals, competitions, and other events organized by the Foundation;
– Development of international relations, exchange of experience, comprehensive support for Ukraine’s European integration;
– Cooperation with international governmental organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations;
– Cooperation with state authorities, local self-government bodies, public associations, private institutions, organizations in matters consistent with the purpose of the Organization’s establishment;
– Support for direct international contacts with associations of citizens and organizations of other countries, conclusion of relevant agreements, and participation in international events concerning the activities of the Organization, not contradicting Ukraine’s international obligations;
– Organization of its own non-commercial publications.

In accordance with its statutory purpose and areas of activity, the subject of the Organization’s activities is:

– Monitoring compliance by all members of the Organization with the requirements of the Statute, relevant internal regulations of the Organization, decisions, and orders of its officials;
– Dissemination of information about the activities of the Organization in mass media (printed publications, television and radio networks, the Internet), publication of methodological and informational bulletins;
– Development and production of official award, commemorative attributes, and souvenir products with the Organization’s logo (if available);
– Participation in any other activities not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine with the aim of fulfilling the statutory tasks of the Organization;
– Publishing activities (preparation and distribution of booklets, brochures, etc.);
– Organization, financing, and conduct, or participation in the organization, financing, and conduct of conferences, round tables, lectures, seminars, training, symposiums, exhibitions, presentations, press conferences, concerts, exhibitions, festivals, forums, and other events to fulfill the statutory tasks of the Organization;
– Cooperation with state authorities and local self-government bodies, public organizations, and other organizations, enterprises, institutions;
– Development of international relations and establishment of international cooperation on issues related to the statutory activities of the Organization; invitation of foreign specialists to Ukraine, sending members of the Organization abroad to implement the Organization’s projects and programs.

For the achievement of the goals and objectives, the Organization:

– Engages in economic and other activities by creating legal entities (associations, enterprises);
– Provides informational, advisory, and organizational assistance to the members of the Organization;
– Conducts informational activities in electronic and print media and information networks;
– Publishes bulletins and other publications in the established manner;
– Publishes information about each member of the Organization with recommendations on behalf of the Organization on its websites;
– Participates in civil legal relations, acquires property and non-property rights;
– Freely disseminates information about its activities, promotes its purpose (goals);
– Facilitates scientific research;
– Ideologically and organizationally supports other public associations, establishes mass media;
– Participates in competitions and applies for grants from national, foreign, international enterprises, organizations, and institutions to implement the goals, objectives, and directions of activities provided by the Organization’s Charter, as well as other programs approved by the Organization; receives and uses the mentioned grants in its activities;
– Establishes separate units of the Organization both within Ukraine and beyond its borders;
– Requests and receives information from state authorities and local self-government bodies, institutions, enterprises, organizations, their officials in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”;
– Addresses in the manner determined by law to state authorities, local self-government bodies, their officials with proposals (remarks), applications (petitions), complaints;
– Receives public information, which is in the possession of subjects of authority, other public information holders in the manner determined by law;
– Participates in the development of draft regulatory legal acts adopted by state authorities, local self-government bodies, and related to the sphere of activity of the public association and important issues of state and public life;
– Participates in the work of advisory, consultative, and other auxiliary bodies established by state authorities, local self-government bodies for consultations with public associations and preparation of recommendations on issues related to the Organization’s activities.
