3.1. Eligibility for Membership:
Members of the Organization may be citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, and stateless persons legally residing in Ukraine, who have reached the age of 14, share the purpose and tasks of the Organization, recognize this Statute, actively participate in resolving the Organization’s tasks, and pay membership fees.

3.2. Admission of New Members:
The admission of new members to the Organization is carried out by the Head of the Organization within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of a written application from the applicant.

3.3. Membership Fee:
Upon joining the Organization, a person pays an admission fee, the amount of which is determined by the General Meeting.

3.4. Grounds for Termination of Membership:
The grounds for terminating membership in the Organization include:

• Violation of the provisions of this Statute;
• Non-fulfillment of decisions of the governing bodies of the Organization;
• Causing material damage to the Organization or its members, harming the reputation of the Organization;
• Non-payment of membership fees.

3.5. Termination of Membership:
Membership in the Organization ceases:

• Upon the written request of a member to the Head of the Organization. Membership in the Organization terminates from the date of submission of such application and does not require additional decisions. From the same day, the member ceases to hold any elective positions in the Organization. This provision does not apply to members of the Organization elected to the position of Head of the Organization. The membership of the leader in the Organization ceases from the day following the election of a new Head of the Organization.
• By the decision of the Head of the Organization for violating the provisions of the Organization’s Statute;
• Due to the termination of the Organization’s activities;
• Due to the death of a member of the Organization.

3.6. Refund of Fees:
Members of the Organization, in case of termination of their membership in the Organization, do not receive a refund of the admission and membership fees they have paid.

3.7. Associated Membership:
In the Organization, individuals may acquire associated membership. Associated members are subject to the same provisions regarding their election, exclusion, rights, and obligations as provided in this Statute for members of the Organization, except for the right to participate in voting at the General Meetings of the Organization. Proposals and opinions of associated members expressed at General Meetings are of an advisory-recommendatory nature.
