Procedure for Obtaining Membership in the “NATIONAL FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIRCUS ART” named after Volodymyr Shevchenko

Membership in the Organization is open to individuals who wish to contribute to the goals and activities of the Fund. The admission process is as follows:

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Membership is open to citizens of Ukraine, foreign nationals, and stateless persons legally residing in Ukraine.
   • Applicants must be at least 14 years old.
   • Individuals must share the mission and objectives of the Organization, recognize its Statute, actively engage in its activities, and pay the required membership fees.
2. Application Process:
   • To apply for membership, candidates must submit a personal written application to the Chairman of the Organization.
   • The application must be sent via email to nationalcircusfund@gmail.com.
3. Required Documentation:
   • Applicants should download the membership application and questionnaire:

     • Download PDF Format
   • Complete the application and questionnaire, then print, sign, scan, and email them to the specified address.
4. Membership Confirmation:
   • Once approved by the Chairman, membership is formalized and recorded in the Organization’s member registry.
   • The Executive Committee is responsible for registering and maintaining records of all members.
5. Independence and Compliance:
   • Each member retains their independence in their activities while agreeing to adhere to the Statute and the decisions made by the Organization’s governing bodies.
6. Separate Divisions:
   • The Organization may establish separate divisions as decided by the General Meeting, which will operate according to the Organization’s Charter. These divisions are not separate legal entities.
